Job Description
As part of the Global Network Team, you will design, deploy, and support the network infrastructure that powers the O-I manufacturing and office environments worldwide. Your responsibilities will include maintaining LAN, wireless,
voice, SD-WAN, and SASE solutions, contributing to global technology refresh initiatives, and collaborating with teams across multiple regions.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Implementing and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure supporting O-I’s integral business
• Troubleshooting network issues to ensure timely resolution and continuity of operations
• Monitoring network performance and availability across O-I locations
• Maintaining accurate, comprehensive documentation in accordance with Global Standards
• Leading network infrastructure projects, including tech refreshes and lifecycle management initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise LAN, firewall, voice, and/or wireless network infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting skills a
