Overview
We are looking for a Senior Art Director with experience in conceptualization and design, passionate about developing creative ideas and high-impact visual executions. This role works collaboratively with creative teams to build concepts aligned with brand strategy, leading the visual development of campaigns across digital and multichannel environments. This is a key position for proactive profiles with strategic thinking and the ability to turn ideas into effective creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual proposals aligned with brand strategy.
- Lead the execution of graphic pieces and campaigns across different channels, especially digital.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick‑offs.
- Collaborate with creative teams (copy, design, production) to ensure conceptual and visual coherence.
- Translate briefs into clear, innovative, and on‑strategy creative solutions.
- Oversee the visual quality of deliverables and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay up‑to‑date with design, creativity, and digital content trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in similar roles within agencies or creative environments.
- Solid experience in conceptualization and creative development.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Experience in digital design; knowledge of motion graphics
