Overview

The Senior Creative Designer is a print-led, digital-savvy Senior Production Artist responsible for delivering high-
quality production across print and digital channels. This role owns complex production workflows, builds final
mechanicals, and delivers approved, production-ready assets across multiple formats. The position partners closely
with the Studio Director (US-based)



and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time
delivery.

Responsibilities
- Build final mechanicals and production-ready files for Direct Mail, Print Ads, Point of Sale (POS), Out of Home (OOH), and large-format deliverables.
- Apply strong knowledge of prepress, print production processes, file setup, color management, and production standards.
- Translate print requirements clearly, including specifications, bleeds, trims, folds, finishes, and other technical production needs.
- Ensure brand consistency and exceptional quality control from initial development through final release.
- Deliver work that meets or exceeds quality, accuracy, and production readiness standards.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail across all projects.
- Produce high-volume deliverables with multiple sizes, formats, versions, and localized adaptations.
