Salary: 4,000,000 COP per Month +150,000 COP stipend + All Colombian labor law benefits
Requirements:
- Creative Problem Solving: Ability to take a raw script or a vague concept and develop a visual.
- Efficiency & Focus: A disciplined approach with organizational skills to help manage multiple projects across different teams (Podcast, Social, and Ads).
- Communication:



Ability to take constructive feedback from strategy leads and translate it into technical edits.

Job Duties:
- Collaborate with the Podcast Team to conceptualize and execute cool video elements that elevate the visual identity of our vodcasts.
- Design and animate overlays, transitions, and motion graphics that enhance the viewer experience.
- Partner with the Social Media Content Manager to maintain the best practices for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
- Apply creative trends and storytelling techniques to transform raw footage into viral-ready social content.
- Act as the lead creative for the Ads Team; take finalized ad scripts and translate them into high-converting video assets.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer to ensure all video elements, typography, and color grading remain strictly "on-brand."
- Coordinate with the Strategy Leads (Ads and Social) to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals.
