Account Manager (Full-Cycle Recruitment) – Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, we’re hiring an Account Manager to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of U.S.-based clients.
This is not a traditional account management role.
You’ll be responsible for managing hiring processes from kickoff through successful placement by partnering directly with clients, sourcing and evaluating top talent, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

What You’ll Own
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Own the recruitment process from intake through successful placement.
- Conduct kickoff meetings to understand hiring goals, role requirements, and idóneo candidate profiles.
- Develop sourcing strategies for each search.
- Source candidates using:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job boards




- Internal talent pools
- Professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews.
- Evaluate:
- Skills
- Experience
- Communication
- Cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple open roles.

Candidate Management
- Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
- Ensure every candidate completes a full application package before client submission, including:
- Updated resume
- Screening interview
- Salary expectations
- Availability and notice period
- Introductory video
- Required assessments (when applicable)
- Additional client-requested documentation
- Follow up proactively to ensure timely completion of hiring requirements.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews.
- Maintain consistent communication from first contact through onboarding.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
