About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting them with scheduling appointments and addressing their needs in a professional and friendly manner. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and efficiently manage calls will directly contribute to patient satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and other related requests.
- Confirm schedules for dental offices and ensure accurate appointment management.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or contact when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Participate actively in training sessions and team communication meetings.




- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, receive coaching, and continuously improve performance.
- Follow established scheduling and call center procedures.

Requirements
Hard Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, or administrative support roles preferred.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
- Knowledge of scheduling systems is a plus.
