Business Development Representative Jr
Key Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities
• Outbound cold calls via dialer campaigns and management of inbound returned calls.
• Generate monthly new client revenue (fees) while maintaining the volume brought in from previous months.
• Generate a full pipeline and convert prospects/leads into factoring opportunities.
• Regular follow-up calls on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
• Follow up calls with prospects and existing clients to develop new business.
• Manage a Factoring client portfolio that will support the continued growth of the company.
• Listen with acute attention to detail.
• Work in conjunction with team,
to achieve and improve upon targets and objectives.
• Attend regular meetings with sales team to communicate sales strategy and remain informed of business developments.
• Manage multiple priorities in an organized manner to meet set deadlines. Reassess if higher need arises. Cope well with demands of the job and manage time efficiently.
• Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service.
• Exercise independent judgment and apply prudent risk mitigation principles. Understand how and when to elevate issues when required.
• Provide a solution to any arising issues and take accountability for decisions made.
• Maintain a high level of effectiveness during times of change and accepts additional and changing roles, responsibilities, and tasks.
• Focus on and cares about our internal and external customers. Work as a team to deliver excellent service and exceed client expectations.
