As a OTR Specialist, you will encounter various challenges in this role:
- Analyze the market and negotiate with carriers.




- Choose the right transportation mode and provide accurate quotes.
- Stay updated on industry conditions and DOT regulations.
- Advise customers and address their requests effectively.
- Verify and negotiate carriers to ensure compliance and competitive rates.
- Coordinate with tracking to monitor loads and update customers.

Requirements

To be outstanding in this role, the following factors will contribute to your success:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or Foreign Trade.
- Have at least six months of experience in a customer service, business, or operations-related position.
- Demonstrate strong English proficiency to communicate effectively (B2 level required).
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
