esmero is looking for a full-time BOH Porter to join our team The Polisher is a crucial part of the team to ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness for our guests. This is a full-time position, paid hourly, and candidates must be willing to work 40+ hours, 5 days a week (Wednesday - Sunday).

Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans by hand or via commercial dish/glass washer
Quickly and safely polishing a wide variety of glassware
The ability to go up and down stairs with glassware trays
Dry and polish all serviceware, glassware and flatware
Maintaining the restrooms in service (guest and staff)
Breaking down stations at the end of service.
Report any maintenance deficiencies to appropriate resource
Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets
Removal of garbage and waste to compactors or recycling bins
Maintain general cleanliness of dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms and outside areas
Other duties as assigned by management
