? Key Account Manager (KAM) – Barranquilla

?Your Mission

As a Key Account Manager, you will drive the growth of our business by identifying and developing new opportunities in international markets while strengthening relationships with existing strategic customers. Through a consultative and technical sales approach, you will expand our market presence, increase customer value, and contribute to the sustainable growth of Litoplas.

Education

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

5 years of experience in Key Account Management, consultative B2B sales, or business development within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Language

Advanced English (C1)



required.

Key Qualifications

Proven experience managing and developing strategic key accounts in industrial B2B environments.
Demonstrated ability to open new business opportunities in international markets.
Strong track record in developing existing accounts while acquiring and retaining new business.
Expertise in consultative sales, commercial negotiations, and relationship management.
Experience managing sales pipelines, CRM platforms, and commercial KPIs.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

What We Offer

Direct, permanent employment contract.
Total compensation package between COP $10,000,000 and $14,000,000, including base salary and performance-based incentives.
On-site position based in Barranquilla, Colombia.
