We sell technical equipment to a knowledgeable enthusiast audience who install most of it themselves — connectivity hardware, power systems, climate control, cameras, water filtration, and the consumables that go with them.
Our customers research carefully and buy on trust. A product page that is vague, incomplete, or wrong about compatibility loses the sale or creates a return. Getting those pages right is the job.
We have several hundred products that are not yet live on our site, no consistent standard for what a finished product page looks like, and a catalog that has outgrown its own structure. This role owns all of it.
This is a production role. You will publish product pages at volume, to a standard you help define, week after week. If you are looking for brand strategy or creative direction, this is not that job. If you take real satisfaction in turning a messy catalog into something clean, complete and well organized, it is a very good one.
What you'll do
Publish our backlog of unlisted products, working highest-value first, at a sustained pace
Build and document the product page template and publishing checklist, so quality doesn't depend on who is working that day
Rebuild our category and collection structure so customers can actually find what they need
Set up a process for requesting and organizing manufacturer images, spec sheets and copy
Build cross-sell relationships between hardware and the consumables and parts that go with it
Keep an explicit list of what can't be published and exactly why
Once the backlog clears: own the pipeline so new products go live within five business days

Spoken English at B2 is enough. You will take direction on calls but you
