About This Position:

We are looking for a senior performance marketer to own growth across a portfolio of dealership accounts.

You will personally build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns while looking beyond the ad platforms to understand what is actually driving leads, appointments, showroom visits, and sales.

You will decide how campaigns should be structured, what gets tested and why, when to scale or pull back, and whether the data you are optimizing against can be trusted.

When performance drops, you should be able to determine whether the bottleneck is paid media, creative, landing page conversion, lead quality, CRM follow up, attribution, or another part of the funnel,



then develop and implement the solution.

When needed, you should also be comfortable making changes to funnels, follow up sequences, and automation workflows.

You understand how performance connects across: Traffic → Lead → Conversation → Appointment → Show → Sold

You think beyond CPL and understand how advertising decisions affect dealership sales.
You proactively identify new creative angles, campaign strategies, offers, and testing opportunities.
When something is not working, you have a theory, investigate it, and take ownership of solving it.

You can clearly explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what should happen next.
