Role Overview
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for supporting XpertDox clients by delivering the highest level of service across all phases of the client relationship. This role emphasizes building strong, long-term partnerships, supporting clients’ revenue cycle objectives, and ensuring the realization of measurable ROI from XpertDox solutions. The CSM proactively identifies and addresses client questions and issues, coordinates timely and effective resolutions,



and serves as a trusted client advocate. In this capacity, the CSM acts as a key liaison between clients and XpertDox technical teams, ensuring solutions align with client needs while adhering to XpertDox methodologies and best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, progress reviews, and feedback collection.
Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions, issues, and concerns.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, bugs, or blockers that may impact customer workflows.
Coordinate with Program Management, Technology, and other internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Track issues through to closure, ensuring clear communication and effective outcomes.
