The AI Product Engineer is a mid to senior level individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and shipping the internal tools, applications, dashboards, and automations that power Koin's operations. Everything you build ships to real users across the business and directly supports revenue, margin, and operational efficiency.
This is a product engineering role with a difference: we build AI-natively. Claude Code is the primary development environment, and the expectation is that you orchestrate AI to produce production-grade software rather than hand-coding it line by line. You must, however, genuinely understand what is being built. Reading the code, questioning the architecture, and catching what the AI gets wrong is central to the job.
