We're seeking a Performance Media Specialist to support the execution, trafficking, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms. This role focuses on accurate campaign setup, quality assurance, ongoing optimizations, and performance monitoring while collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully and achieve client objectives. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you'll work with US-based teams, platform interfaces, and internal documentation.

DESCRIPTION
As a Performance Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for building, trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms. You'll ensure campaigns are launched accurately, budgets pace correctly, performance issues are identified and resolved efficiently, and campaign execution aligns with client goals.



While this role is primarily execution-focused, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to contribute insights and support overall campaign success.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, traffic, and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Configure campaign settings, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, tracking parameters, and creative assets.
Perform quality assurance (QA) before and after campaign launches to ensure campaign accuracy.
Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, spend, and performance on a daily basis.
Implement campaign optimizations based on performance data and established best practices.
Manage audience updates, creative rotations, campaign edits, and budget adjustments.
Troubleshoot delivery issues, policy disapprovals, tracking discrepancies, and platform-related concerns.
