Remote IT Administrator – AI Systems & IT Operations

Work Type: Full-Time | 100% Remote
Work Hours: 8:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST (5:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM AM IST)

Job Summary

We are seeking a technically strong and proactive Remote IT Administrator with hands-on experience in IT operations, AI tools, and autonomous AI systems/agents.

The idóneo candidate will have a strong IT foundation along with practical knowledge of AI models and agents such as Claude or similar platforms. This role will be responsible for managing employee IT onboarding and offboarding, user access and permissions, troubleshooting IT issues, supporting company applications, managing remote systems, and assisting with the setup and management of AI-powered systems and agents.

The candidate should be comfortable independently troubleshooting technical problems in a fully remote environment and supporting employees throughout the complete IT lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Systems & Agent Management

Assist with the setup, configuration, testing, and management of autonomous AI systems and AI agents.




Work with Claude or similar AI models/agent-based platforms.
Configure and manage AI agents used for internal workflows and business processes.
Remotely trigger, monitor, troubleshoot, and manage systems and AI agents.
Troubleshoot integrations, permissions, workflows, and technical issues related to AI-powered systems.
Support the implementation of new AI tools and automation within the organization.

2. Employee IT Onboarding & Offboarding

Manage the complete IT employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
Create and configure employee accounts, emails, system access, permissions, and required applications.
Configure or coordinate remote employee devices and system access.
Revoke accounts, permissions, licenses, and application access during employee offboarding.
Maintain accurate onboarding/offboarding checklists and IT documentation.
