At ASUS, our OP Business Unit – PC Components is looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to drive marketing initiatives that strengthen our channel, accelerate Sell-Out and increase ASUS' market share in Colombia.

? YOUR MISSION
Develop and execute channel and trade marketing strategies that connect ASUS products with consumers through Retail, Distribution and Partner channels — from campaign planning and media execution to POS activation, data analysis and performance optimization.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute Channel Marketing & Trade Marketing strategies aligned with sales and business objectives.
Plan and manage ATL, BTL, digital, seasonal and co-marketing campaigns with key accounts and partners.
Drive Sell-Out through effective consumer, POS and channel marketing initiatives.
Coordinate promoters, supervisors,



POS execution and in-store visibility.
Manage MDF / marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.
Analyze sales, campaign performance, competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Support product launches, including Retail and OOH/Indoor activations.
Develop dashboards and reports to measure campaign and channel performance.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing and channel partners.
Ensure consistent execution of the ASUS brand across all channel activities.

? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3–4 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Channel Marketing, preferably in Technology or Consumer Electronics.
Proven experience executing strategies focused on Sell-Out and Retail/Distribution channels.
Experience with Digital, ATL, BTL and Trade Marketing initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel and marketing da
