We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the technical strategy for Salesforce initiatives and ensuring solutions meet organizational goals. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic setting to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and articulate the technical vision for Salesforce projects, leading integration efforts and upholding data quality




Guide and support developers and technical staff in building scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with client managers and development teams to collect requirements and align IT plans with business priorities
Introduce and promote new frameworks, technologies, and best practices to improve solution architecture
Assess emerging trends in technology and suggest creative solutions for continuous improvement
Identify and manage technology risks, partnering with stakeholders to make informed decisions
Supervise daily technical operations and translate design concepts into actionable IT processes
Oversee the rollout of new features, system enhancements, and ongoing support through optimization and refactoring

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in technology or related fields
