? About the role

As our Marketing Specialist for the LATAM market, you'll execute local marketing campaigns and SEO tactics across Latin America, supporting our overall marketing strategy. You'll also assist with SEO efforts for our Spain market.
This role requires execution autonomy on day-to-day tasks. You'll independently handle content creation, email campaigns, and SEO implementation, while collaborating closely with our Marketing Manager on strategy and priorities.
You should be comfortable executing independently within established frameworks and providing market insights to inform strategic decisions.You'll combine tactical execution with hands-on skills: implementing SEO optimizations, writing and publishing content, building email workflows, adapting campaign assets,



and analyzing performance data.
This role is ideal for a motivated, organized executor passionate about education, travel and connecting with youth audiences through authentic, digital-first strategies.

⚒️ Key responsibilities

Execute SEO tactics for LATAM markets: write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts, implement on-page optimizations, execute link-building campaigns.
Build and launch email campaigns in HubSpot for LATAM audiences
Adapt and translate visual assets and copy for LATAM campaigns
Localize integral campaign materials for cultural relevance across LATAM markets
Track and report on campaign performance: monitor KPIs (traffic, rankings, leads, CPA) and provide weekly/monthly reports

SEO Implementation & Support:
Conduct keyword research for LATAM and Spain markets
Execute link-building outreach and content optimization
Implement technical SEO fixes and on-page optimizations
