Our platform supports employers across staffing, healthcare, retail, tech, manufacturing, and more, turning fragmented, high-risk paperwork into a defensible, audit-ready system.
We've teamed up with Handoff to bring on board an organized, execution-focused Event Coordinator to own our presence at trade shows and industry events from contract to post-event wrap-up — a highly visible role at the intersection of sales, marketing, and design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sponsorship & Contract Management:
Execute contracts and secure necessary signatures
Confirm deliverables, deadlines, and logistics requirements per event
Booth Logistics & Production:
Define booth footprint and visual/design approach in coordination with the design team
Coordinate printing and production of collateral, signage, and branded materials
Determine and order booth components, including banners, monitors,



and rotating content displays
Set up and manage lead retrieval systems, platform-based or manual
Manage attendee list adds and deletes ahead of registration cutoffs
Pre-Event Coordination:
Coordinate pre-event meeting scheduling and calendar holds
Prepare the sales team with talking points, collateral, and briefing materials
Confirm booth staffing assignments and team readiness
Share secured event details with marketing for social promotion and website showcase
Day-of Execution:
Confirm materials, signage, and booth setup are in place on-site
Serve as the real-time point of contact between sales and marketing on-site
Capture and log leads, and track attendee interactions
Post-Event Wrap-Up:
Coordinate event debrief meetings
Archive event performance data and insights for future planning
