The Role: Revenue Growth Manager, LATAM
We are looking for a mid-career commercial operator who thrives in a remote, fast-moving startup environment. You’ll be responsible not only for managing existing relationships but also for driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and activating new use cases across Reap’s product suite.
You’re someone with an ownership mentality who enjoys the full customer journey, from post-sale onboarding to long-term growth and expansion. You’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas, push for product improvements, and help shape how we grow across LATAM.

Drive spending across your key clients' book by cross-selling, retention, and expansion to induce overall growth and usage of Reap services
Deepen wallet share with existing customers and reduce churn through high-quality, proactive relationship management
Act as the commercial point person across your accounts, selling consultatively and identifying new business opportunities
Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, retention, growth, and renewal
Lead business reviews and performance check-ins with clients, backed by data and product insights
Use tools like Metabase, SQL, or CRM dashboards to analyze client usage and identify revenue op
