About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer – L3 Support / BAU with strong experience supporting web-based applications and reporting platforms. This role focuses on resolving complex production issues, troubleshooting and debugging applications, optimizing SQL-based reporting solutions, and ensuring the stability and performance of existing systems.
The idóneo candidate is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of production incidents from investigation through resolution.

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–8 years of industry experience, with significant hands-on experience in L3/BAU application support for web-based applications.
Strong experience with SSRS or similar SQL-based reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework 4.0+, .NET Core 8, JavaScript, and jQuery for troubleshooting, debugging, and bug fixing.




Strong Microsoft SQL Server and SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, query optimization, and debugging.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ITIL practices, application support processes, and source control tools such as GitHub.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to independently own incidents while collaborating across teams.
Availability to overlap with US-based teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with Sigma and/or Power BI.
Exposure to applications hosted on Microsoft Azure.
