We are looking for a SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist who understands how to drive growth through both organic search and paid acquisition channels.

This opportunity is open to professionals currently residing in Latin America.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys solving SEO challenges, analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns, and working directly with clients and internal teams to improve digital results.
This is a remote opportunity offered under a prestación de servicios (independent contractor) agreement.

Role Overview
The SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist will support multiple client accounts by developing and optimizing SEO strategies, identifying technical opportunities, supporting paid advertising initiatives, and providing data-driven recommendations.

This person will work closely with Account Managers, developers, designers, and marketing specialists to ensure strategies are properly executed and client goals are achieved.

Because this role includes participation in client conversations and strategy discussions, advanced English communication skills are required.





ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Optimization
Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on increasing organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
Identify opportunities to improve rankings and search performance.
Support content strategies including topic research, content clusters, and SEO recommendations.
Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insights.

Technical SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues impacting website performance.
Troubleshoot SEO challenges related to:
Indexing and crawling
Site structure
Internal linking
Redirects
Canonicals
XML sitemaps
Robots.txt
Schema markup
Core Web Vitals
Page speed
Collaborate with developers to communicate technical requirements and validate fixes.
Support website launches, redesigns, and migrations from an SEO
