Position Details
Location: Hybrid – Medellín (2 days per week in the office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Salary: Up to $1,000 USD/month (based on experience)
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Prestación de Servicios)
English Level: B2+ (required)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Customer Service
Additional benefits will be provided after the probation period is completed
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to help drive our company's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
This is a business development position, not a marketing role. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads for our sales team by researching prospects, initiating outbound communication, understanding customer requirements, and gathering the information needed for our Account Executives to prepare quotes and close deals.
While you'll receive access to our internal customer database, we're looking for someone who can also independently source new prospects using research, networking, and outbound prospecting strategies.
