? We’re Hiring: Implementation Consultant, Quality Control (ICQC) – Guatemala (Preferred), Colombia & Kenya

Are you passionate about driving excellence in HR and payroll implementations? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Consultant, Quality Control (ICQC) to join our team This full-time, on-site role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment of PEO and HCM solutions, with a focus on impeccable quality control, data accuracy, and process integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive quality control assessments to guarantee HR and payroll data accuracy and compliance.
- Perform extensive data analysis and validation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Support ongoing quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional implementation teams to deliver projects on time.
- Stay current with HR outsourcing, payroll services, PEO operations, and quality control methodologies.

What We’re Looking For:




- 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Client Relationship, Client Implementation, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of benefits administration experience (USA experience preferred).
- Proven background supporting HR and payroll software solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail, data validation, quality control, and auditing capabilities.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Plus: Experience in the PEO industry and familiarity with PrismHR or similar systems.
