The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-impact, growth-focused Client Partner to join Forte Group. In this high-visibility role, you will drive revenue growth by managing multiple existing client relationships while identifying and creating new ones. You will have the unique opportunity to work across diverse industries and collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning the USA, Eastern Europe, and LatAm. Working closely with Executive, Technology, and Delivery leadership,



you will devise and execute effective strategies to drive growth and achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Success
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for clients, managing day-to-day engagement operations and streamlining communication between the client and internal Forte Group teams.
Relationship & Trust Building: Cultivate deep trust, satisfaction, and goodwill with clients across all levels, including technology and business executives.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address potential client satisfaction issues, collaborating with management and engineering teams for prompt, effective resolution.
Operational Excellence: Lead internal engagement operations, and plan and facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with all stakeholders to align our services with evolving client needs.
