MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account
management, marketing, or consulting.
* Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients
in the region.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's degree in a business related field.
* 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
* 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns,
projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
* Deep experience within the media and entertainment, retail, travel, or
finance industries, or in driving specialized digital marketing/advertising
strategies.
* Ability to deliver data-driven, consultative analyses that quantify
high-impact opportunities aligned with client goals. Investigative approach
to building client relationships and effectively translating complex product
value.
