SIPP is a fast-growing startup changing how people order food and everyday essentials in Costa Rica’s coastal towns.
We’re looking for an exceptional Startup Operations Lead — someone smart, creative, highly organized, and ready to take a major step forward in their career.
This is not a traditional logistics role.
You don’t need to have been a manager before. In fact, you may be someone who has spent the last 2–5 years working in startups or fast-moving companies and knows you’re ready for much more ownership.
We care less about titles and more about how you think and execute.
What you’ll do
You’ll work closely with the founder and take ownership of day-to-day operations across the business — team coordination, restaurant partners, customer experience, launches, internal processes, and the hundreds of moving pieces that come with building a startup.
You’ll identify problems before they become problems, create systems where none exist, and make sure things actually get finished.

Someone who thinks a task through from beginning to end
Experienced in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment
Hungry for responsibility and professional growth
We don’t want someone who needs to be followed up with. We want the person who does the following up.
If something falls between the cracks, you notice it before anyone has to ask.
This role has significant room to grow. We’re looking for someone who may not have held a senior management title yet — but has the talent, judgment, and ambition to become one of the people running the company.
