Job Description
Manages Visa technical and business resources required to implement new and add-on Visa products and services. Establishes project scope and identifies opportunities to improve Visa processes and procedures. Gathers and documents project requirements and provides client consultative guidance on Visa regulations, fees, features, and functionality to structure an effective implementation.
Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution and/or product and process improvements. Prepares and maintains detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs. Translates complex customer business requirements into internal technical language.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project management of implementations for Visa client institutions and processors in assigned region to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Manage routine and non-routine, moderately complex processing and change requests, as well as support client initiatives.
Act as liaison for the client, provide problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, service change support, and system enhance
