Role Description The Technical Sales Service role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bogota, D.C., with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing technical sales activities, including identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and supporting implementation of Safe Foods’ products and services.



Daily tasks include providing technical support to food processing partners, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting product or application issues, and coordinating with internal technical and operations teams. The role also involves building long-term relationships with customers, preparing proposals and quotes, monitoring account performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Technical Sales Service professional will document activities, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute feedback to improve products, processes, and service delivery.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate food safety solutions.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and support ongoing client relationships.
