? About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging prospects through multiple channels, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. You'll work with company-provided leads while also proactively uncovering new business opportunities and helping drive revenue growth.

? Key Responsibilities
Identify target companies and key decision-makers
Prospect through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify opportunities based on business fit and potential
Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within the CRM
Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date

Fluent English, both written and spoken
Experience in B2B prospecting, outbound sales, or business development
Experience working with CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
A proactive mindset and passion for generating new business opportunities
