We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This position provides the chance to contribute to intricate initiatives within the insurance sector while working alongside diverse teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities

Take part in Knowledge Transfer sessions to develop a thorough grasp of the product




Gain proficiency in configuration tasks, including rating, UI, error messages, and document prototypes
Draft Epics, Features, and User Stories within MS Azure DevOps to facilitate delivery of complex functionality
Establish and update a knowledge repository capturing Knowledge Transfer sessions and associated work using MS Office and SharePoint
Provide support for configuration tasks tied to product rollout
Handle the triage of production issues on behalf of the CORE team
Prepare and maintain documents that clarify identified issues
Compose user requirements documents that outline recommended solutions
Support requirement gathering and estimation activities
Coordinate with business users, vendor Business Analysts, and the development team to resolve issues and define next steps

Requirements

At least 2 years of applicable experience
Background working as a BA/CA within the Commercial Insurance sector
