Job Description Summary

Overview
The Manager, Network Products will help drive innovation across Mastercard’s general core payments network. This role will support execution on a strategic, multi-year transformation to design and deliver advanced network solutions. Our new initiatives will incorporate cutting-edge products, services, and capabilities to elevate network performance, reliability, and scalability for our customers, partners, and service providers.



The role will support PMO activities across Mastercard’s Network Products portfolio, with a primary focus on driving execution and aligning product teams. The role will help coordinate rollouts across products and markets, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and readiness.

The role:
• Support broader PMO activities for the coordinated delivery of Mastercard's Network Products portfolio, ensuring alignment across workstreams and products
• Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Track and report on program status, KPIs, risks, and dependencies, providing executive-ready updates
• Prepare executive materials, including status updates, governance reviews, and program dashboards
• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for product processes, updates, and enablement materials to elevate organizational effectiveness and decision‑making
