We are looking for a Product Management Analyst to support the delivery and execution of technology solutions across multiple platforms and business initiatives.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Management, and Software Development teams to gather and analyze requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and technical documentation.
The adecuado candidate combines strong business analysis and product management capabilities with technical knowledge, including experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, APIs, SQL Server, and API testing tools. The role requires the ability to collaborate with distributed development teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Create comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Define acceptance criteria, user personas, functional requirements, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for development teams.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate multiple platform initiatives while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and delivery timelines.
Work directly with onshore, nearshore, and offshore development teams to support successful project execution.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs, organizing requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities.
Support platform adoption by providing clear documentation and functional guidance.
Use knowledge of API development and SQL Server to support technical platform initiatives.
Use API testing tools such as Postman or
