? Position Details
Location: Remote – Colombia
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CDT)
Contract: Indefinite Term
Salary: 3.200.000 Cop

? What You'll Do
Monitor and track freight shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
Provide proactive shipment updates to customers, carriers, and internal teams.
Identify shipment delays or service issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate shipment information and update the TMS with real-time status changes.




Communicate with carriers to verify load progress, PODs, and delivery confirmations.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and company procedures.

✅ What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in Track & Trace, Logistics Coordination, Dispatch, or Freight Brokerage.
Experience working with TMS and GPS tracking platforms.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
English Level: B2 or higher.
