About The Role
As a Mid-Level Product Designer, you’ll shape intuitive digital products from initial flows and wireframes through polished, consistent interfaces.
Working within a .Monks delivery team, you’ll collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and clients to turn complex requirements into user-focused experiences that ship. You’ll also work alongside AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex and help advance agentic design and engineering practices.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end product experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
Translate briefs and requirements into clear, thoughtful, and well-reasoned design solutions
Build and maintain reusable design patterns and contribute to scalable design systems
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver usable, production-ready interfaces
Partner with clients and teammates to communicate design rationale and align on solutions
Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability findings, and product needs
