Role Mission

Source, identify, and coordinate content creators across Colombia and Central America through multiple digital platforms, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns in line with client requirements and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Scouting: Identify and continuously source content creators across Colombia and Central America, matching talent to campaign and client requirements.
Data Management:



Maintain accurate and organized databases of content creators using Google Workspace tools.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare monthly campaign reports by consolidating organic performance data, creating clear visualizations, and providing actionable insights on campaign performance.
Operational Coordination: Support communication with content creators throughout the negotiation and campaign execution process, ensuring timely and smooth delivery.

Skills & Experience

6 months to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and chart creation.
Fluent Spanish and intermediate English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
