About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Condo Document Retrieval Specialist to support our growing mortgage operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and reviewing condominium documentation required for mortgage loan approvals. You will work closely with internal teams, HOA management companies, title companies, and third party vendors to ensure documents are obtained accurately and on time.
This position is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys research and problem solving, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Research the most efficient and cost effective methods for obtaining condominium documentation.
Order required condo documents through third party providers such as HomeWise, Community Archives, EOI Direct, title companies, HOA management companies,
and other approved vendors.
Track and follow up on outstanding document requests to ensure timely completion.
Review received documents for completeness and accuracy to support project approvals for:
Fannie Mae
Freddie Mac
FHA
VA
NonQM loans
Communicate with internal mortgage teams, branch personnel, HOA representatives, title companies, and external vendors to obtain missing information.
Maintain organized electronic files and documentation for compliance and easy retrieval.
Update internal systems with accurate notes and status updates.
Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

1+ year of experience in the U.S. mortgage industry pref
