About the Role

At AmpliSell, we're looking for a TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to own the backend health of our client shops. You'll be the person who makes sure listings are live and optimized, hero products never run out of stock, account health stays clean, and no campaign goes live with the wrong price on it.

This is a hands-on operations role inside TikTok Seller Center. You'll work closely with our TikTok Channel Manager and Account Managers. They set pricing and promotional strategy, and you execute it with precision. When something breaks or a violation lands, you're the first line of defense.

TikTok Shop moves fast and its rules change often. We need someone who catches problems before they surface and takes real ownership of the systems behind the shop.

Who You Are

You're an ecommerce professional who:
Has 1–3+ years of hands-on marketplace experience, ideally in TikTok Shop Seller Center or Amazon Seller Central.
Is genuinely detail-oriented. You catch the broken variant, the wrong discount,



and the suppressed listing before anyone else notices.
Thinks in systems, and would rather build a repeatable process than solve the same problem twice.
Can run recurring daily work across multiple client accounts without letting tasks slip.
Communicates proactively. You flag risk early instead of reporting problems after the fact.
Has a genuine interest in TikTok Shop, creator-driven commerce, and marketplace operations.

What You'll Do

Own Shop Health and Listing Quality
Monitor Shop Performance Score, account health, and fulfillment metrics daily.
Keep listings active, accurate, correctly categorized, and merchandised in the right place in the shop.
Prevent, flag, and resolve violations and deactivation risks. Submitting appeals on time, every time.
Optimize toward "Good" listing status. Product name, keywords, description, highlights, images, and video.
Check and reply to customer messages, and respond to negat
