ABOUT THE ROLE
The Oncology Informatics Specialist plays a key role in bridging clinical
knowledge and data systems to support how the organization manages, analyzes,
and acts on oncology data.
This position works cross-functionally with clinical,
product, engineering, marketing and operations teams to ensure our informatics
infrastructure keeps pace with the company's growth and mission.
What You'll Do
* Design and execute informatics strategies that directly support clinical
trial matching, oncology research, and patient care operations
* Partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams to translate data needs
into system requirements and project priorities
* Drive the implementation and optimization of informatics tools, including
clinical decision support systems, data pipelines, and electronic data
capture platforms
* Own regulatory compliance for data management across US and international
frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, and relevant local regulations)
* Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for informatics
initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned through delivery
