Project Manager Specialist
Location: Bogotá - 3 days on site / 2 days work from home

Experience Required: 6-8 years

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Specialist to support the delivery of medical communications programs for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. This role is idóneo for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, excels at stakeholder management, and can independently lead multiple projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are executed successfully.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Account, Scientific, Creative, Editorial, and Finance teams.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and workflows.
Coordinate the creation and delivery of medical communications materials, including slide decks, congress activities, advisory boards, KOL programs, videos, and digital content.
Support project scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management.




Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
Lead status meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to client processes, compliance requirements, and internal best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
6-8 years of project management experience (required).
Experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical brands (required).
Experience with scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and timeline management (required).
Experience managing projects with US-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and risk mitigation.
Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
