About the Role:
Role: Incident & Change Manager (ICM)
Location: Contract (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract for 1 year and good chances of extensions
Responsibilities
Manage production incidents from identification through resolution.
Coordinate with Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
Monitor incident progress and provide timely status updates.
Perform root cause analysis and document corrective actions.
Maintain operational dashboards and incident reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through automation and standardization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support post-launch operational health.
Required Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in Incident Management, Production Support, Release
