Intake Specialist for a Law Firm
About the role: This opportunity is designed for detail-oriented, compassionate, and confident professionals with experience in client intake or legal support. You will support a law firm by handling incoming inquiries, conducting intake interviews, evaluating prospective cases, onboarding new clients, and maintaining organized records in case management systems to ensure a smooth transition from intake to representation.
Pay Rates:
Part-Time Monthly Rates: $960–$1,840 (based on 20 hours per week schedule)
Full-Time Monthly Rates: $1,920–$3,680 (based on 40 hours per week schedule)
The posted monthly salary range is an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly, and pay is calculated based on the number of hours a person works each day. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $12–$23, depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.
Work Schedule: The work schedule will vary depending on the position and client. Most schedules align with U.S. and Canadian business hours.
