Job Profile
To enhance the efficiency, security, and scalability of Domestic Payment operations in Latam through continuous process improvement, optimization and the implementation of the strategic initiatives with Non-Tech dependencies. By leveraging process reengineer, data analysis, workflows optimization, smart automation solutions, streamlining target operational models and cross functional collaboration. We aim ensure seamless, cost-effective, healthy control & risk environment, and compliant domestic payment processing that support the Global TTS Ops’s financial objectives and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1.Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in Latam. Drive process transformation initiatives for Crossborder Payments across multiples geographies and ICG functions, ensuring cohesive execution and alignment with Domestic Payment Global objectives.
2.Oversee productivity non-Tech book of work.
Manage the productivity pipeline, establishing priorities, setting timelines, and tracking key deliverables to ensure project milestone are met efficiently.
3.Develop strategic business cases. Prepare detailed business cases for Crossborder Payments proposed transformation, utilizing financial modeling to project impacts, costs, and other financial ratios, and present these to Integral/Regional SLTs.
4.Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. Compile, analyses, and interpret financial data to inform decision-making, highlighting areas for optimization and strategic investment.
5.Prepare SLT material, documentation, and executive presentations. Develop high-impact presentations for SLTs consolidating financial insights, strategic progress updates, and key performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
