Responsibilities

Design and support scalable backend systems and services that fit evolving business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver dependable and efficient software solutions




Lead code review workflows and uphold high standards of code quality across the team
Improve application performance and resolve technical issues as they occur
Oversee integration of external APIs and third-party services into the platform
Produce and maintain technical documentation for system features and components
Promote and apply best practices across the software development lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement of team processes and technical capabilities

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience
1+ year of experience leading and managing development teams
Advanced Python expertise for building, maintaining, and evolving applications
Background building AI-driven solutions or working with Large Language Models (LLM) in software projects
Strong background in database design, administration, and performance tuning
Proficiency with Git for version control and team collaboration
