We are seeking a Director-level LATAM Architect to lead and help grow and scale our API & Integration Practice across the region.
This person will combine business development support, people leadership, client-facing consulting, and judgment in API/integration architecture. We are looking for a builder - someone who can help turn LATAM from a delivery location into a regional consulting, architecture, and growth engine for the API & Integration Practice.
Responsibilities
Partner with regional account teams, global practice leadership, technology partners, and enterprise clients to expand opportunities across API strategy, integration modernization, platform transformation, governance, cloud integration, and AI-era integration
Lead LATAM teams and contribute to their ongoing growth and development
Support pipeline development and pre-sales activities to drive regional business expansion
Advise senior client stakeholders on complex API and integration challenges
Deliver complex API and integration transformation initiatives end-to-end
Grow regional talent and build a strong consulting and architecture community across LATAM
Shape client demand and represent the practice credibly across the region
Connect LATAM capability to global practice strategy to ensure alignment and impact
Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of IT experience
At least 8 years in Manager, Owner, Architect, or Co
