Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a full-time Talent Sourcer (40 hours per week) based in Colombia.

As a rapidly expanding software development company, we are looking for a driven Talent Sourcer to join our team. The role will primarily involve reaching out to qualified candidates for our clients across the LATAM region and the USA.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in sourcing within an IT outsourcing/outstaffing company, or a recruitment agency.
Readiness to finding talents in the LATAM region and the USA.
Proven track record of sourcing for a variety of senior technical roles.
Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferably).
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and channels.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong Intermediate+ English level.
Proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with recruiters and project managers at the initial stage of the candidate search process.




Source and engage top tech talent across the LATAM region and the USA via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
Post job openings on the Svitla website and various job boards.
Work with recruiter to prioritize searches and identify relevant keywords.
Utilize Greenhouse ATS and other recruiting tools to manage and track candidates throughout the pipeline.
Help shape Svitla's employer brand and first impression on the market.
Participate in knowledge sharing and implementation of sourcing best practices.
Consistently achieve performance metrics and sourcing KPIs.
