About the Role




As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the engine of outbound growth. This is not a “step into an existing process” role — you’ll build the outbound prospecting motion from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value behavioral health practices across general markets. You’ll test channels, refine messaging, help shape our SDR playbook, and create the foundation for a world-class outbound engine.

Success means you’re consistently engaging large ACV prospects and creating high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives and Head of Sales.

What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies across calls, email, LinkedIn, SMS, and events.
Develop and refine the SDR playbook — cadences, talk tracks, ICP insights, and success metrics.
Research target accounts and personas to deliver personalize
