ServiceNow Administrator at BairesDev
As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be the operational steward of our ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring platform stability and high performance. You will act as a key connector between business needs and technical execution, maintaining the health of core data and governing the instance lifecycle to support enterprise workflows.
What You'll Do
Execute the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments.
Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate and improve business processes.
Manage platform security through the configuration of access controls (ACLs), user roles, and group permissions.
Oversee the integrity of the CMDB and other core data assets to ensure accurate reporting and operational visibility.
Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities, including update set migrations and validation.
Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents related to service catalogs, integrations, and platform performance.
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management, or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform customization, including business rules and workflows.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and the Glide API.
