We are seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC) Developer with a strong focus on email campaign execution, reporting, and performance analytics.

This role will be responsible for building and deploying campaigns, optimizing marketing automations, and developing dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to marketing stakeholders.



The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in SFMC Engagement with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy email campaigns, journeys, and automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
Implement audience segmentation, personalization logic, and dynamic content using AMPscript and SQL
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into SFMC-ready assets and execution plans
Ensure campaigns follow best practices for deliverability, frequency management, and compliance
Develop custom dashboards and performance reporting within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Create SQL queries and data views to track engagement metrics, funnel performance, audience health, and campaign KPIs
Automate recurring reports and deliver insights to marketing stakeholders in a clear, visual format
Partner with marketing leadership to define meaningful KPIs and optimize campaig
